Please do not send patient information
Do not send patient names, records, appointment details, photographs, screenshots of your existing system, or anything else that identifies a patient. Not by email, not by attachment, and not as an example of a problem. Describe the workflow in general terms and leave out details that could identify anyone.
The best way to reach us, and the one that leaves us a written note of what you asked. A sentence about what your practice does and what currently goes wrong is plenty to start with.
Phone
(404) 490-0234If you would rather talk it through. This is the main line for Aegis IT Advisors LLC, so mention clinicomm when you call.
What this conversation is, and is not.
It is product discovery. We are trying to learn whether we are building the right thing for a real practice, and the most valuable half hour we can spend is listening to somebody describe a clinic day accurately.
It is not a sales call, because there is nothing to sell yet. Specifically:
- There is no product you can buy, download, or install.
- There is no pricing, so nobody will quote you one.
- There is no test build to join and no waiting list being kept.
- We will tell you plainly what does not exist yet, which today is most of it. See the roadmap for the order the work is being done in.
What we would love to hear.
- How your team coordinates during a normal day, and who has to know what.
- Where the current method breaks down — the moment something gets missed.
- What you have already tried for this, and why you stopped using it.
- What would have to be true before you would let a new tool near a shift.
None of that requires a single detail about a patient, and we would rather you left those details out.
