What this site does, in plain terms.
This page describes this website and nothing else. It is a short page because the site is a short site: four pages of text, one stylesheet, and no code that runs in your browser.

Scope, stated up front
This is not a privacy policy for the clinicomm application. There is no released application and nobody is using one. When there is, it will need its own policy, written for what it actually does, and nothing on this page should be read as standing in for that document or as describing how any product handles anybody's information.
What this site does not do
As the site is built and published today, none of the following exist on it:
- No accounts, sign-in, or profiles. There is nothing to log in to.
- No forms of any kind. No field on this site accepts anything you type.
- No analytics or measurement product, first-party or third-party.
- No cookies are set by these pages, and no advertising or tracking pixels.
- Nothing is written to your browser's local or session storage, and no service worker is installed.
- No third-party scripts, embeds, hosted fonts or hosted images. Every file the pages ask for is served from this site itself, and the typefaces are the ones already on your device.
That is a description of the files that make up the site, which is a thing you can check: view the page source, or open your browser's network panel and count the requests.
What happens anyway, because the web works this way
Loading any page means your device makes a request to a server. Whoever hosts this site receives that request, which ordinarily includes your network address, the time, the page you asked for, and the identifying string your browser sends about itself. That is how the page reaches you, and no website can avoid it.
Hosting and network providers may process connection logs to deliver pages and diagnose faults or abuse. This site does not include visitor analytics or tracking scripts. Questions about hosting and connection logs can be sent to the contact below.
If you email or call us
The contact page lists an email address and a phone number. Using either is your choice and your action; this site does not send anything on your behalf.
- Email you send to us travels through your email provider and ours, and is handled by those providers under their own terms. An email is ordinary business correspondence once it reaches us.
- Sending an email or making a call shares the information you provide with Aegis IT Advisors LLC and the providers involved in delivering it.

What we ask you not to send
Please do not send patient information — names, records, appointment details, photographs, or screenshots of your existing system — to the address or number on this site. Nothing about our discovery conversations requires it, and the contact page says the same thing at greater length.
Changes to this page
The site is expected to grow, and anything added to it that changes the facts above — a form, a measurement tool, anything at all that runs in your browser — changes this page in the same edit. The date at the top says when it last did.
